Fulfilling the fitness requirements for a long-term ambition to join the armed forces or the public services will require you to have a minimum level of personal fitness, determination and good overall Health. A few of the armed forces branches provide a good insight into what levels of fitness are required by providing Apps and training sheets, but as often proven these are not enough to get you through the tough selection process. On the day you may suffer excessive fatigue, and muscle soreness and may get an injury as a result.
